This Privacy Policy describes how the Crossword app (the “App”) handles information. The App may show ads and may process limited analytics/crash data to improve stability and performance. PlanetVitals is a brand of Mistix Waters LLP.

• Analytics / crash reporting: The App may use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage and diagnose crashes.
• EEA/UK/Switzerland consent: If required by law, the App may use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for ad personalization and certain processing.

Information the App may process

The App does not require you to create an account to play.

Third-party services used by the App may process information such as:

• Device identifiers (for example, advertising ID or other identifiers depending on platform settings)
• IP address (often used for coarse location and fraud prevention)
• App interaction events (for example, basic usage and screen views)
• Crash diagnostics (for example, stack traces, device model, OS version)
